About The Role

By managing key administration functions, you'll contribute to the efficiency and success of the school's education delivery. Your Responsibilities
As the Administration Officer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Organising and managing the appropriate sector's daily operations of the school's enrolment unit to provide a full enrolment service to the school.
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of enrolment policies, electronic systems and databases that support the enrolment process.
- Providing a range of financial administrative activities and operations including data entry, maintenance of financial registers, computing and clerical support for the effective operations of the office, in accordance with legislative, policy and procedural requirements.
- Assisting with the daily supervision of support staff by monitoring workloads, identifying workforce skills needs, and highlighting any performance issues to the Principal/Executive Principal/Business Manager, including research of professional development opportunities for support staff.
- Strong customer relations, problem-solving, and accurate data processing skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Knowledge of OneSchool and school procedures is a plus but not required.
