As the Executive Officer to the Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO), you will provide high-level executive, administrative, human resource, financial, project, governance, and operational support to the CDIO, Directors, Managers, and the broader Digital and Information Services Division. You'll play a critical role in enabling effective leadership, strategic delivery, and divisional performance. This includes supervising an Executive Support Officer, managing the preparation of Ministerial and executive briefings, and ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and with key external stakeholders.
You will also be responsible for strengthening communication and collaboration between the CDIO's office and various groups across the QBCC, while continually reviewing and refining administrative processes to drive efficiency and service excellence.

Work flexibly from either Brisbane or one of our regional centres; Cairns, Gold Coast, Mackay, Maryborough, Rockhampton, Toowoomba, Townsville, Sunshine Coast *Based on office avalibility. The successful candidate will also have the option to engage in a work from home arrangement that suits the team under an approved Flexible Work Arrangement.
