Harristown State High School is a vibrant and well-established secondary school in Toowoomba, supporting around 1,700 students and recognised for its inclusive culture and strong community values. We are seeking educators who demonstrate patience, empathy, and adaptability, with a strong commitment to inclusive education and high expectations for all learners. Successful applicants will bring:

* Sound knowledge of the Australian Curriculum, including differentiated and personalised learning approaches.

* Experience implementing reasonable adjustments in line with the *Disability Discrimination Act 1992* and Disability Standards for Education 2005.

* The ability to use data and evidence-informed practices to support individual learning goals and monitor progress.

* Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with specialist staff, families, and external agencies.

* Excellent organisational and resource management skills to facilitate inclusive classroom environments.
