Your Opportunity
This role sits within the Villages Program team in the Games Infrastructure (Venues and Villages) division. You'll support the delivery of the Olympic and Paralympic Athlete Villages through complex commercial negotiations, stakeholder coordination, and delivery assurance. Working closely with the Senior Director, you'll help shape strategic decisions and ensure alignment across government and delivery partners.

Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
• Lead planning, development, and delivery of State requirements for the athlete villages.
• Coordinate development delivery negotiations and support executive government considerations.
• Align governance and stakeholder engagement across Games delivery partners.
• Prepare strategic advice and submissions to support government decisionmaking.
• Implement delivery assurance processes and monitor contractual compliance.
• Manage specialist consultants and technical advisors to inform design and contract decisions.
• Build and maintain effective networks across three tiers of government, developers, contractors, and community stakeholders.
