Current Opportunities:  

  • Primary - Prep to Year 6 - Mungallala State School (0.4FTE) and Dunkeld State School (0.4FTE) and Mitchell State School (0.2FTE) (Permanent, commence 22/01/2026)

This is a unique primary position where you will be based at Mitchell State School that may be able to offer departmental accommodation, and you will work with the teaching principals at both Mungallala State School and Dunkeld State School to support the students across all Primary year levels.  You will be highly supported by the Principal and work closely with the cluster of schools in the area with planning and professional development opportunties.  This is truly an amazing opportunity for a passionate and dedicated teacher who wants to make a difference in the lives of students who live in the country.

  • *Humanities and Social Sciences / English - Years 7 to 10  - Mitchell State School (1.0FTE) (Permanent, commence 22/01/2026)

*Humanities vacancies could include some or all streams of Humanities and Social Sciences (Geography, History, Civics & Citizenship, Economics and Business, etc, across Year Levels 7 to 12)
