The Digital Health Systems Support (DHSS) team has been established to support SCHHS staff to operate the ieMR and champion SCHHS optimisation initiatives.

The Adoption and Optimisation team is required to support the adoption and optimisation of digital workflow and system changes.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • providing supervision, coordination and leadership to effectively assess, plan, manage and evaluate patient outcomes in relation to ieMR and clinical systems at an advanced practitioner level.
  • Building knowledge and experience in key aspects of the ieMR solution across SCHHS such as PowerChart: PowerForms, PowerPlans, iView, Patient Lists, CareCompass, Mpages, Provide leadership and nursing expertise to help achieve Digital Health Systems Support specific and organisational goals, key performance indicators and relevant standards.
  • Manage requests and incidents logged by clinical end users, via the DHSS helpdesk, through to a successful resolution over the phone or through the provision of “at the elbow support”

Remuneration value up to $13,113 p.m., comprising salary between $4138.10 - $5286.40 p.f. (f/t) or salary rates: $54.44- $69.55 p.h. (p/t), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4 or Nurse Grade 6(1) (Fixed term temporary full time, 76 hrs p.f./or part-time positions, hrs negotiable. Commence September 2025 until January 2026 with possible extension). Applications will remain current for the duration of the vacancy.
