As a Senior Systems Analyst you will work effectively as part of a dedicated team to ensure the successful and timely resolution of issues for the Health and Hospital Services (HHS) using Infor WFM as their rostering solution. You will provide support for Systems Analysts when issues are escalated and use your senior level of knowledge and experience to help them resolve issues and support their knowledge and training. Additionally, you will undertake quality assurance processes to ensure data integrity and compliance status within the system. This will also include the analysis of data and production and circulation of reports to the HHS.

Key competencies/suitability (role specific criteria and personal qualities):

  • Demonstrate a high level of analysis skills within complex integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, ideally in the area of functional and solution responsibility relating to rostering systems, such as Infor WFM or equivalent. SQL database analysis skills would be beneficial.
  • Proven experience in a support role, providing a value added service, with an emphasis on building relationships, understanding and meeting customer's needs, understanding system impacts.
  • High level written and verbal communication skills with experience in developing and maintaining system documentation and providing consultation with a diverse range of stakeholders on complex business requirements and transfer knowledge to team members and clients.
