As the Executive Support Officer you will provide comprehensive and highly organised administrative and executive support that is both professional and personalised to the Senior Director Programs, Corporate Enterprise Solutions, including data entry, documentation and record keeping, distribution and tracking of correspondence and briefing materials and the maintenance of email accounts. You will contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of effective and confidential office management practices, procedures and standards. Additionally, you will manage and organise all administrative aspects of the Office of the Senior Director with the direction from the Senior Director, including distribution of correspondence and briefing material.
Role fit:
- Proven experience in the provision of high-level executive support services and supporting the administrative function of a senior executive or senior executive group, including the ability to effectively and flexibly set priorities, meet deadlines, work effectively under pressure and manage variable workloads.
- Experience in providing business support services such as coordinating administrative, financial and human resource activities and documentation.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, particularly tact, discretion, sensitivity and confidentiality including the ability to communicate with influence to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and handle sensitive situations with diplomacy and confidentiality.
