RoadTek’s Wide Bay Operations is currently seeking two permanent Supervisors to join our team, specialising in Civil Supervision.
These roles offer an opportunity to contribute to the delivery of essential infrastructure across Queensland. One position will focus on Road Maintenance and Construction, while the other will specialise in Structures Maintenance and Construction.

As part of the Civil Construction team, your duties may include:
• Supervise the delivery of civil infrastructure projects across all phases of the project cycle.
• Ensure construction and maintenance services meet client expectations and business objectives.
• Effectively manage and utilise resources to achieve project outcomes.
• Provide leadership and support for change initiatives at the project level.
• Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all activities.
What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience in civil supervision, ideally within road or structures maintenance and construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within set timeframes.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
