As a Client Service Officer you will work collaboratively with other team members within Payroll Services to optimise customer service and improve service delivery. You will maintain a working knowledge of human resource system applications, industrial awards, agreements and policies associated with Payroll Services and system enhancements associated with functionality. Additionally, you will liaise with payroll services staff in relation to investigations/actions of errors associated with roster processing or roster adjustments.
Key competencies/suitability (role specific criteria and personal qualities):
- Demonstrated ability to enter data into a computerised rostering solution in an accurate and efficient manner with experience (or the ability to rapidly acquire the skills) to utilise rostering adjustment solutions.
- Well-developed communication skills with demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service to various stakeholders in a large and complex organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment to meet established processing timeframes to ensure team outcomes are achieved.
