Why this Role?
Responsibilities include:
- Leading the planning, implementation and evaluation of high quality and innovative initiatives for school students, that contribute to the Queensland Quantum Academy;
- Monitoring data and impact and evaluating for continual improvement;
- Building collaborative and productive working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including schools;
- Critically analysing and preparing briefing materials, submissions, papers, reports and correspondence; and
- Undertaking other duties as required to enable the department's objectives to be realised.
You Could Be The One
- Personal drive and integrity to lead projects and work autonomously;
- Commitment to collaboration and teamwork;
- Effective time management and strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Experience leading projects to achieve required outcomes within set timeframes and on budget; and
- Knowledge of relevant Queensland Department of Education initiatives, such as Equity and excellence: reallising the potential of every student and the Schools of the future STEM strategy.
