In the role of Operations Officer, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Accreditation Assessments team and assist with the delivery of operational advice in relation to industry accreditation schemes. You will also be responsible for the administrative processes related to the Approved Inspection Station (AIS) Scheme (including Approved Examiners), Approved Person (AP) Scheme and Heavy Vehicle Registration Assessment Scheme (HVRAS) as requested by the Advisor.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Ability to interpret legislation and policy relating to the assessment of complex accreditation scheme applications to grant, amend or refuse applications.
• Perform data entry skills to use and maintain accreditation scheme software, databases and systems to process applications, update client information and identify system errors.
• High level skills in Microsoft products such as the ability to maintain and monitor an excel scheme application register and provide activity progress reports.
• Allocate scheme applications within the team to ensure the delivery of outcomes within specified timeframes, including problem solving, understanding team capability, mentoring and the provision of training as required.
