We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Human Resources Consultant to join the Analytics and Operations team who has a passion for delivering data-driven and client-focused HR solutions. In this role you will provide high-quality workforce analysis and insights and lead HR projects to optimise systems and processes. Collaborating with a dynamic HR team, you'll offer expert advice, build strong client relationships, contribute to strategic decision-making and focus on continuous improvement.
In this role, your work will directly contribute to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of HR services across the department.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will have the following attributes:
• Broad generalist HR knowledge on legislation, policies and practices.
• Excellent communication skills with expertise in building strong relationships to influence changed work practices.
• Experience in working with workforce data with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Technical savvy including proficiency in Power Bl, with a keen interest in improving practices and processes.
