Your new Role:
Community and Oral Health Services are looking for experienced Occupational Therapists to join their Rehab@Home team working across Logan and Beenleigh Community Health Centres. Bring your passion for teamwork, outstanding patient care and work alongside a diverse and supportive team!
About You:
You will understand Metro South Health's values and have a genuine desire to join our team! You will contribute to our growth with your passion and expertise in occupational therapy with the ability to:
- Demonstrated ability to provide high quality, efficient, patient centred and evidence based Occupational Therapy assessment and management to patients in a community-based restorative and rehabilitative model of care.
- Possess high quality verbal and written communication to work co-operatively within the interprofessional team to achieve the best patient centred outcomes.
- Work across the three campuses as required and provide care to clients in both the community and residential care settings.

Community and Oral Health Services:
Community and Oral Health Services deliver a broad range of quality community-based care and support services to help people improve and maintain their wellbeing and independence as well as oral health services to adults and children.
We deliver a myriad of services across Metro South including Hospital in the Home, Rehabilitation, Chronic Disease, Acute Care, Dementia Outreach, Oral Health, and specialist residential care along with delivering numerous other vital community health services.
Our services are delivered by multidisciplinary teams of nursing and allied health staff with the skills and experience to treat a full range of health needs.
