What's involved – Recruitment Services Unit within the CWHHS.  This role plays a critical role in driving talent acquisition strategies, optimising recruitment processes and ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services. 

This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, leadership and operational excellence in managing recruitment services.
