About your opportunity:
In this position you will:
- Undertake clinical governance activities to improve clinical practices, procedures and protocols within the service, engaging cross-discipline referencing where relevant. Provide clinical practice supervision to staff, assistants and support staff, to ensure the maintenance of clinical standards.
- Rapidly acquire and/or utilise existing skills to conduct physiotherapy sessions via virtual health including telehealth.
- Demonstrate self-insight, reflection and awareness of the effect of own actions on others, to promote positive and supportive work environments, relationships and teamwork within the physiotherapy and multidisciplinary teams.
