We like to think of ourselves as an employer of choice, but you can be instrumental in helping us stay there! Our BCP division provides strategic advice, leads key programs implementation and delivers corporate services that enable the department to achieve its objectives.
As a Principal HR consultant within the BCP Workforce Strategy team, your strong project management capabilities for workforce planning and ability to think outside the square for strategic HR initiatives will see your success move exponentially across various outcomes to support the department's priorities. Recruitment attraction and employee retention are high on our agenda, and while we know we're competing against many other organisations, your creativity and broad thinking will help us establish ourselves as a leader in this space.
Your experience in data analysis to understand emerging themes and business trends will see you establish quickly a snapshot of how to influence strategies, ideas, and concepts to assist the department to address workforce planning and business priorities. Your open and friendly demeanour will see you build positive relationships not only within your direct team, but with various universities, stakeholders associated with career expos, other government agencies and various external suppliers that support our HR functions across the business. Your flair for design and passion for building capacity in others will see you lead the design and delivery of training materials where needed across the business to support workforce initiatives.
Your natural leadership will see you coaching other team members to bring their best selves to work each day, while you reap the benefits in return of a supportive cohort that celebrates your wins along the way. Come and join a team where innovation meets impact!
