The Role

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for driving ICT project delivery, ensuring milestones are met, risks and issues are managed, and financial and procurement activities are aligned with project goals? If so, this could be your next opportunity.

As a key member of the Cardiovascular Information System (CVIS) Project Team, you'll be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you'll be responsible for coordinating and supporting the delivery of complex ICT project activities. This hands-on role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to solve problems in a high-stakes clinical setting.


About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Experience in IM/ICT project environments, including planning, risk and issue management,progress reporting, budgeting, procurement, and project closure – ideally within the healthcare sector.
  • A proven ability to plan and coordinate the delivery of specialised project work packages, collaborating with diverse stakeholders across business and technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships, support business change decision-making, and facilitate the successful implementation of change initiatives.
  • Proficiency in using project planning and financial tools such as MS Project, Trello, S4HANA, or equivalent.
  • A proactive mindset, capable of managing competing priorities and tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
