You will deliver evidence based, patient focused and rural generalist Occupational Therapy clinical services as a part of the Tablelands and Mossman Allied Health team, to ensure optimal assessment and clinical interventions while working to full scope of practice with a wide range of predominantly outpatient clients.

About you:
In your new role you will:
- Utilise high level professional and clinical knowledge, expertise, organisational and risk management skills to enhance safe and efficient rural generalist Occupational Therapy inpatient, outpatient, emergency department services for the Tablelands and Mossman across a broad range of clinical areas.
- Support Performance and Development Plan (PDP) processes of less experienced staff, as directed by the line manager and/or Director of Occupational Therapy, including identifying continuing professional development training needs to ensure safe and effective delivery of core occupational therapy services.
- Work collaboratively with a locally based multidisciplinary Allied Health team to ensure continuity of care and timely service provision.
