As a Senior Planning Officer you will develop and/or contribute to the preparation of timely and well researched submissions, discussion papers, correspondence and reports that draw together qualitative and quantitative information. You will develop and maintain effective communication and working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will participate in continuous improvement of Branch activities and processes.
Role fit:
- Contribute to the development of health service planning guidelines, methodologies and reports to inform policy, service plans and future requirements.
- Basic knowledge of health priority areas, health system issues, and the health needs of key population groups.
- Ability to critically analyse and interpret data and research including qualitative and quantitative information and apply to health service planning and identification of system priorities in Queensland.
