QRIDA is advertising two (2) positions: one (1) Regional Delivery Manager (for Disaster Recovery Funding), and one (1) Regional Delivery Manager (for Drought Assistance), who will lead and manage the daily operations comprising Assessment Decision Makers; Assessment Team Leaders and Senior Assessment/Assessment Officers processing applications across a range of grant or loan schemes. Job details

Some of the key responsibilities of these roles include:

• Manage the team's operational processes, ensuring that human and physical resources are available to support operations and that the necessary performance reporting is delivered.
• Lead disaster recovery funding or drought assistance service delivery to meet service level agreement obligations; agreed service standards; legislative requirements; standard assessing procedures; standard response indicators and quality assurance standards are achieved in a cost effective and efficient manner.
• Establish and maintain effective and positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
