Your new role:
Join our radiology nursing team to provide advanced clinical care and lead the management of patients with complex needs. You will coordinate and deliver specialist nursing care, support the healthcare team, and contribute to education, research, and quality improvement initiatives within a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment.
About you:
You are a skilled, compassionate, and autonomous nurse who can:
- Demonstrate advanced clinical and problem-solving skills in radiology nursing
- Lead and support multidisciplinary teams with clear communication and professional leadership
- Apply critical thinking to deliver person-centred, evidence based care in complex situations
- Mentor and educate nursing staff and students to foster a culture of continuous learning
- Engage in quality improvement, research activities, and safe clinical practices
- Adapt to change and promote teamwork in a fast-paced healthcare setting
