As a Principal Developer (S/4HANA) you will lead and mentor senior developers in designing, developing, implementing and maintaining system enhancements and modifications in the delivery of the Queensland Health's Enterprise Corporate Applications. You will analyse business requirements and system specifications and provide specialised expertise to staff and management to ensure specifications are aligned to business requirements. Additionally, you will maintain and enforce a quality based procedural framework for the development and maintenance of the systems managed by Queensland Health.
Key competencies/suitability (role specific criteria and personal qualities):
- Demonstrated extensive experience in business application development technologies, particularly application development technologies and trends in relation to the solution responsibility of the team and the ability to apply this knowledge in a complex IT environment.
- Demonstrated extensive experience in and exposure to major project management activities including a thorough knowledge of project management methodologies, principles and practices.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills and the ability to consult and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders on complex business requirements and transfer knowledge to team members and clients.
