About the Role
As the Head of Department - Student Services, you will:
- Lead inclusive student support services that enhance wellbeing and attendance, enable intervention and access.
- Lead a broad range of student support programs, including counselling, welfare, attendance, and special needs coordination.
- Collaborate with staff, families, and external agencies, you will deliver tailored support that promotes student wellbeing, engagement, and academic success.
- Ensure equitable access to education and fostering a positive, inclusive school culture.
