About your role
As a Clinical Nurse in the Transit Lounge at Bayside Health, you will apply advanced clinical expertise and leadership to manage complex patient care and facilitate efficient patient flow through Redland Hospital. You'll work autonomously, coordinating day infusion services, minor procedures, and patient transfers. Your role is crucial in delivering compassionate, evidence-based care while leading and mentoring nursing staff.
About you
You are an experienced registered nurse passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You have advanced clinical skills, especially in infusion therapy and procedural nursing, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong clinical leadership and team coordination skills
- Ability to work autonomously and make sound clinical decisions
- Knowledge of quality frameworks and commitment to patient safety
- Flexibility to work across Bayside Health sites and various shifts as required
