About the Role
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and deliver systems training to new and existing employees across Queensland using multiple delivery mediums on topics such as legal file management systems, client databases, and Microsoft applications.
- Create, customise and regularly revise learning and development materials for induction training sessions.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to coordinate learning and development events such as conferences and continuing professional development sessions.
- Administer the learning management system (LMS) for eLearning modules, scheduling face-to-face training, maintaining training records and scheduled reporting.
- Coordinate the learning management system and eLearning incorporating reporting, design and development. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors for LAQ specifications requirements, enhancements and ongoing support for the learning management system.
- Administer the achievement and development planning application to create new plans, other administrative tasks and reporting.
- Participate in training activities associated with information technology projects.
- Collate feedback to evaluate the outcomes and effectiveness of learning and development programs and use finding to make improvements to training.
- Help with other learning and development activities including monitoring the email inbox and responding to enquiries.
How You Will be Assessed
The ideal applicant will be someone who has the following capabilities:
- You have experience in teaching others to use, systems such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and organisation specific systems and can communicate in a clear, concise and articulate manner.
- You have experience creating eLearning training modules and in the administration of a learning management system or similar application.
- You can work independently, manage priorities and contribute to the development of others including providing clear guidance, constructive feedback and coaching.
