Bring together your strong project management experience and passion for domestic and family violence (DFV) program delivery together in this busy role.
The DFV project has a full scope to deliver by 30 June 2026. You will have great people leadership skills while also taking responsibility for doing the doing of scope deliverables, project reporting and broad stakeholder engagement across QCS and external agencies.
The importance of quality on time delivery of this critical project will require the expertise of an experienced and driven service delivery project manager who can easily navigate complex environments to achieve the best outcomes for Queensland.

The primary accountabilities of the Project Manager include:
- Provide direction to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
- Promoting productive communication and positive working relationships.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate delivery of designated DFV perpetrator programs and implementation of DFV initiatives/project recommendations.
- Identify and respond appropriately to any risks arising from the project and project related activities.
- Ensure that projects produce the required product and outcomes, to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost
- Lead and undertake project management functions for DFV Project on a diverse range of issues.
- Prepare and manage relevant project documentation and communication including complex and highly sensitive reports, executive and ministerial briefs and correspondence in accordance with Government and Agency guidelines
- Manage and implement organisational change projects that align to benefits realisation
Qualifications in project management are desirable however, not mandatory.
