Your responsibilities

  • Manage, implement, and review administrative systems including human resources, financial, information management, assets, reporting and other business processes to ensure the team has the resources they require.
  • Coordinate corporate governance requirements ensuring compliance with relevant human resource, financial and records management standards, policies and legislation.
  • Coordinate, monitor and quality assure responses to incoming requests ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Assist the team with organisation and management of events, forums and workshops.
  • Support and mentor the Program Support Officer and monitor their daily tasks.
  • Build and maintain productive working relationships and networks.
  • Provide timely quality advice and support to the Regional Director, Manager, and team members ensuring they are aware of emerging issues and timeframes for key decisions.
