This is a progressional position as per the Role Description. The successful applicant will be appointed to the lower classification with eligibility for progression to the next, once specific criteria have been met or demonstrated. Please note salary rate shown is reflective of both classification ranges.

- Provide support services to ensure that the best possible assistanceservices are available to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander children, students, families and communities.
- Participate in the planning of activities to enhance student involvement in education.
- Establish and maintain links with out of school sources of information and support services.
- Provide information to the school community about Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander social and culturalperspectivesto meet the needs of the school and Communities.
- Participate in activities to develop productive partnerships between members of the school community.
