About the Role:
As the Administrative Officer, you will play a critical support role in the daily operations of the HR team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build foundational experience in public sector human resources, while working in a supportive environment.
In this role, you will:
- Provide general administrative support to the broader HR Operations team including managing incoming correspondence.
- Maintain accurate data entry in systems and databases, ensuring records are accurate.
- Support the organisation of training sessions, events, or HR initiatives by coordinating logistics and communication.
- Respond to routine enquiries from internal stakeholders, providing information or redirecting as appropriate.
- Contribute to the smooth delivery of HR services by completing tasks to a high standard, meeting deadlines, and following administrative procedures.
