Your opportunity

The purpose of the Clinical Nurse Cardiac, Charleville Western Qld, is to take responsibility for managing the outpatient cardiac services within the Charleville Community and Allied Health Service and provide support to outreach sites within the Western Sector of the SWHHS.  This will include supporting the client and staff at outreach clinics/sites as needed.  

The role will also include provision of direct cardiac care and coordinating care with local, tertiary and Specialist cardiac care services within an outpatient setting.

This position requires travel within Western Sector to provide outreach services.

Charleville is a designated Remote Area Nursing Incentive Package (RANIP) site in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Queensland Health) Award – State 2015. This attracts additional entitlements which may include:

• An annual isolation bonus paid annually!
• Return airfares to the nearest provincial city in conjunction with leave!
• Additional annual leave per annum!
