What your day will look like….
You'll be at the heart of a dynamic team, guiding the delivery of culturally safe health services and mentoring staff to bring out their best. Your day will involve collaborating with community members and health professionals to ensure programs are responsive and grounded in evidence-based practice. You'll oversee operational planning, monitor performance indicators, and support continuous quality improvement. Whether you're coordinating case conferences, preparing reports, or advocating for patients and families, your work will be deeply rooted in respect, connection, and cultural understanding.
