An exciting opportunity exists for a Workforce Officer to join our Workforce Advisory team. This role is responsible for managing day to day employment enquires providing the highest levels of customer service delivery. You will also provide operational support to the Workforce Advisory team including case management support, analytics and reporting. This role requires you to work with limited supervision in a specialist team and requires you to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Provide a high level of customer service, timely and accurate operational human resource advice in relation to employment queries in accordance with the HR industrial framework.
• Undertake research and analysis within the HR industrial framework to develop advice and recommendations relating to operational employment matters.
• Prepare correspondence on a range of employment matters for internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of human resource initiatives and projects delivered by the Workforce Advisory team.

Remuneration value up to $114 177 p.a, comprising salary between $3481.60 - $3835.70 p.f, employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO4) (Fixed Term Temporary positions available for up to 12 months).
