The Payroll Learning & Development team is part of Payroll Services, Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business.
As a key member of the team, you will work individually and collaboratively to develop and deliver internal payroll related learning and development via a range of delivery channels.

This position is part of the Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business (CDSB) as part of the recent Machinery-of-Government changes. CDSB is currently in negotiations for a certified agreement to cover all CDSB employees. In the meantime, the Core Agreement conditions apply to this position.
In this role you'll have the opportunity to coordinate, tailor and deliver training programs in person and remotely in accordance with our Training Needs Analysis to develop competency within Payroll Service Delivery Teams.
You'll need the ability to understand internal customer and stakeholder needs and the skills to effectively engage with others to achieve learning outcomes.
Experience in face to face or online teaching/learning using digital systems would be an advantage.
A background in payroll processing, or the ability to rapidly acquire this knowledge, will be highly regarded.
