This position is part of the Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business (CDSB) as part of the recent Machinery-of-Government changes. CDSB is currently in negotiations for a certified agreement to cover all CDSB employees. In the meantime, the Core Agreement conditions apply to this position.
As the Manager (Identity, Partnerships and Licensing), you will:
• Project management where required including developing business requirements specifications, product roadmaps, business cases, project plans, schedules and conducting benefit analysis to identify return on investment for the business.
• Managing and coordinating project leaders, subject matter experts, and team members in an agile way to ensure individual projects meet all specifications and ensure appropriate frameworks are in place.
• Establishing and maintaining ongoing communication and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Managing engagement and change activities including development and review of agreements, cost recovery models and continuous improvement initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
• Managing the human resource activities and development opportunities of the team, and fostering a safe working environment that encourages commitment, continuous improvement, and quality service delivery.

• Ability to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements specifications.
• Proficiency in developing detailed project plans or roadmaps, and schedules including capability to conduct benefit analysis and financial/business impact assessments.
• Commitment to creating and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
• Demonstrated ability to in negotiation and management of relationships and change activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in coordinating various aspects of multiple projects to ensure they meet all specified requirements including ability to monitor and assess the performance of project leaders and team members, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure project goals are met.
