The Workers' Compensation Licensing, Performance and Compliance team regulates all insurers within the Queensland scheme by monitoring, educating and enforcing compliance with workers' compensation laws. They also contribute to the planning, execution and evaluation of workers' compensation compliance and enforcement activities by responding to complaints and collaborating with insurers and other obligation holders to improve capability and enforce compliance.
