We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Salary range: $3777.60 to $4453.50 p.f. (HWF4)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available

Requirements:
Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration
- Mandatory: Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification: Diploma in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Work, Primary Health Care.
- Mandatory: It is a genuine occupational requirement that this position is filled by an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person as permitted by, and arguable under, Sections 25, 104 and 105 of the QLD Anti-Disc. Act (1991).
- Highly regarded: Good leadership skills with the ability to provide high level management and leadership of staff, using initiative and judgement in resolving workplace issues in a cross-cultural environment.
- Highly regarded: Effectively work under supervision and direction, either individually or in a team, using routine health practices and procedures or established methods.
- Drivers licence: This position requires the incumbent to operate a ‘C' class manual & automatic vehicle, and an appropriate licence endorsement to operate this type of vehicle is required.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
