As an Administration Officer, you will be managing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Executive Director (Policy and Regional Operations), ensuring the provision of professional, timely and confidential administrative support.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
• Providing administrative support to the Policy and Regional Operations section such as:
o purchasing of office supplies and minor equipment,
o enabling ICT system access, Government identification and building access,
o booking meetings, tracking correspondence (predominantly email) and
o utilisation of other office systems (Microsoft Office suite).
• Providing support and training on recruitment, payroll and timesheet processes, review and progress recruitment related documents and queries and contribute to the network of Administration Support personnel in Translink.
• Promoting positive team culture across the business and be an example by demonstrating the team values and taking a leading role in the coordination of team activities.
About You
We're looking for someone who brings a blend of experience, enthusiasm and a growth mindset.
The ideal candidate will:
• Experience in a similar, or comparable, role or a demonstrated ability to quickly gain the knowledge required to undertake the role.
• Experience or the ability to quickly gain the required knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge and practical skills in the use of purchasing and timesheet systems would be highly desirable.
