Your Selection Criteria:

  1. Demonstrated capacity to provide curriculum leadership leading to the achievement of quality learning outcomes for all students
    • High level understanding of Instructional Methodology in the Teaching of Reading
    • High level knowledge of Version 9 Australian Curriculum - English & Mathematics
    • High level of Data Literacy supporting ongoing analysis & response to student data
  2. Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to develop and sustain productive relationships within and beyond the school community.
    • Leading a Professional Learning agenda involving coaching, mentoring and/ or instructional rounds.
    • Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a professional learning team.
    • High level communication skills that promote a positive and engaging professional learning environment.
