Key Responsibilities
- Draft procurement and contract management documentation including Sourcing Plans, Invitation to Offer (ITO), Evaluation Plans, Evaluation Reports, Contract Managements plans, Options papers and Briefing Notes
- Lead and manage tender processes through QTenders/Vendor Panel as required
- Draft, develop and negotiate Orders, Variations, Contracts for the purchase of ICT products and services using Queensland Information Technology Conditions (QITC) and other ICT contracting frameworks including GITC
- Maintain registers, databases including Forward Procurement Schedule (FPS) and QContracts with up-to-date procurement and contract data
- .Provide support to Director and Team Leads in the delivery of complex procurement and contract management activities.
- Apply high level effective oral and written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with an ability to interact individually and in groups with internal and external customers and suppliers.
How you will be assessed
- Supports strategic direction - Demonstrated knowledge and experience implementing contemporary procurement and contract management strategies, policies and procedures particularly in the context of public sector ICT.
- Achieves results - Demonstrated ability to develop options and strategies to resolve ICT procurement and contract management issues of moderate complexity.
- Support productive working relationships - Experience in stakeholder management to support the procurement and contract management function including the ability to build and maintain appropriate relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Displays personal drive and integrity - Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality ICT procurement and contract management outcomes whilst managing conflicting priorities and tight timeframes.
