What's involved – The Director of Nursing (DON) provides contemporary strategic, operational, and professional nursing leadership for Community Health Services. Within the Regional Health Services portfolio, the role shapes clinical and corporate governance; and provides the coordination of service delivery, human and material management, expertise in health care team communication and highly developed data analysis and fiscal management to deliver safe, quality, effective and efficient healthcare provision.
