- Salary range: $5557.50 to $5798.90 p.f. (HP5)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity
- Lead and Coordinate the provision of specialised child and youth mental health acute response pathways within CYMHS.
- Provide expert clinical leadership to clinicians working within the CYMHS acute response pathway.
- Provide clinical expertise, supervision and leadership to other members of the team and carry a small clinical caseload.
Requirements:
- Proof of qualification (Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, Speech Pathologist, Psychologist.) and registration or membership (if applicable) with the appropriate registration authority or association..
- Blue Card Checks: Potential applicants are advised that the Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian Act 2000 requires Queensland Health to seek a ‘working with children check' from the Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian prior to appointment to this position.
- Eligibility for appointment as an Authorised Mental Health Practitioner under the Mental Health Act 2016 would be highly desirable.
- Drivers Licence: This position requires the incumbent to operate a class “C” motor vehicle and an appropriate licence endorsement to operate this type of vehicle is required.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
