The Mental Health Intervention Coordinator (MHIC) provides autonomous clinical expertise at an advanced level, working collaboratively and consultatively across the West Moreton Mental Health and Specialised Services (MHSS), the Queensland Police Service (QPS) and the Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) to increase the capacity of district services to reduce and respond to mental health crisis situations. This is achieved through high level communication, collaborative service and community development, assessment and support, crisis intervention, training, and evaluation.

$4912.70 - $5286.40 per fortnight
The Mental Health Intervention Coordinator (MHIC) provides autonomous clinical expertise at an advanced level, working collaboratively and consultatively across the West Moreton Mental Health and Specialised Services (MHSS), the Queensland Police Service (QPS) and the Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) to facilitate, monitor and review best practice in how district services respond to mental health crisis situations.
