In this position you will;

• Provide effective communication, consultation and negotiation throughout the service to ensure the involvement of stakeholders.
• Build and maintain effective relationships collaboratively between various stakeholders across the organisation to promote service delivery.
• Provide leadership to effectively plan, manage and evaluate health services to achieve organisational goals across the service.
• Ensure that patient-centred care is promoted in all patient flow systems and processes and selects, implements and evaluates nursing interventions that have less predictable outcomes.
