About the role
Ripley Specialised Inpatient Services is a state-of-the-art facility that will deliver 90 additional beds in West Moreton as part of Queensland Health's Accelerated Infrastructure Delivery Program. The project will deliver a three-storey facility located on Botany Drive, South Ripley. It is located on the Ripley Health Campus and is co-located with the current Satellite Health Centre.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrated ability and experience in supervising and providing training and support to the Operational Services team.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience working in Operational Services and in the use of appropriate techniques and equipment.
- High level organisational skills with an ability to utilise problem solving strategies, prioritise and allocate tasks.
- High level interpersonal skills with ability to lead and manage a multidisciplinary team.
- High level of verbal and written communication skills including the ability to negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
