Your new role:

As a key member of Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services (MSAMHS), you will play a vital role in managing patient information systems and delivering insightful data analysis to support health service objectives and standards. This position is central to driving the digital transformation and performance evaluation within MSAMHS.

  • Administer and maintain key information management systems such as CIMHA, RiskMan, HBCIS, FirstNet, and ieMR, proactively resolving issues in a dynamic environment.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive data analysis and reports to evaluate MSAMHS performance against KPIs, National Standards, and funding models.
  • Provide expert advice, help desk support, and training on CIMHA and other applications to empower the MSAMHS workforce.

About you:

You are a highly skilled and adaptable professional who thrives in a complex health services environment. You bring strong analytical skills and a commitment to continuous improvement, underpinned by values that resonate with the ICARE² principles.

Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret, and present complex health data, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity or willingness to learn hospital systems (CIMHA, HBCIS, iEMR, AMHS applications).

Knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, Tableau and Power BI to support data visualization and reporting needs.

Strong problem-solving skills and a logical, quality improvement-focused approach to system management.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor training and coaching to diverse audiences.
