The Role

An opportunity has become available for a Senior Director (Digital Project Delivery) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.

You will

• Advise executives and stakeholders on digital project strategies and sustainability.
• Lead delivery of project and change management services for digital initiatives.
• Prepare executive briefs, submissions and reports on digital projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation, improvement, and capability building.

About you

To be successful in this position you will require:

• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of portfolio, program and project management, governance principles, strategies, techniques and project delivery methodologies
• Demonstrated experience significant delivering programs and/or projects in complex organisations is mandatory
• While not mandatory, qualifications in program management, change management, project management or business analysis are highly desirable
• While not mandatory, a tertiary qualification in information technology or computer science is highly desirable
• Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
• Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Salary

• Permanent full time
• Base salary ranging from $174 339 - $188 056 per annum
