The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Senior Director (Digital Project Delivery) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
- Advise executives and stakeholders on digital project strategies and sustainability.
- Lead delivery of project and change management services for digital initiatives.
- Prepare executive briefs, submissions and reports on digital projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation, improvement, and capability building.
About you
To be successful in this position you will require:
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of portfolio, program and project management, governance principles, strategies, techniques and project delivery methodologies
- Demonstrated experience significant delivering programs and/or projects in complex organisations is mandatory
- While not mandatory, qualifications in program management, change management, project management or business analysis are highly desirable
- While not mandatory, a tertiary qualification in information technology or computer science is highly desirable
- Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
- Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

- Permanent full time
- Base salary ranging from $174 339 - $188 056 per annum
