As an Operations Support Officer, you'll play a key role in delivering essential services to Queenslanders.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
• Collaborating with a small, dynamic team to ensure efficient operations.
• Delivering frontline customer service, addressing complaints, and offering advice to customers and stakeholders.
• Administering the School Transport Assistance Scheme (STAS) and other passenger transport services.
• Assisting with the performance monitoring of service contracts and accreditations.
• Keeping up to date with procedural and legislative guidelines to ensure compliance.
About You
We're looking for someone who brings a blend of experience, enthusiasm and a growth mindset.
The ideal candidate will:
• Have a current C class driver's licence and be willing to travel intra-state as required.
• Hold a strong sense of accountability, resilience, and persistence to work through challenges and achieve outcomes.
• Be skilled at building relationships, listening attentively, and providing excellent customer service.
• Show commitment to continuous personal and professional growth, actively seeking feedback to improve.
