Redlynch State College is seeking an experienced and dynamic educational leader to join our Secondary Campus as Head of Campus (Level 5). This is a full-time temporary position until 12 December 2025, unless otherwise determined. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a thriving secondary school community, foster excellence in teaching and learning, and inspire staff and students to achieve their very best.

About the Role:

As Head of Campus - Secondary, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational vision and culture of the Secondary Campus. Working collaboratively with staff, students, families, and the wider community, you will provide strategic leadership that drives high-quality learning outcomes and fosters a safe, inclusive, and aspirational environment.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

  • Leading the school community in developing and committing to a shared educational vision focused on student success.
  • Embedding socially just practices and ensuring equity and excellence in all aspects of school life.
  • Building strong partnerships with parents, government agencies, industry, and the broader community.
  • Setting and maintaining high expectations for student achievement and staff performance.
  • Effectively managing human, financial, and physical resources to achieve organisational goals.

Highly desirable skills and experience;

  • Proven leadership in curriculum, teaching, and learning that delivers quality outcomes for all students.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain productive relationships across the school community.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Effective management of school resources and operations to deliver high-quality organisational outcomes.
  • A personal and professional commitment to ethical, values-based leadership.
