Information Management Support Officer

Multiple AO3 Information Management Support Officer vacancies are available in the Governance and Business Support division of the Queensland Revenue Office(QRO).
You will act proactively to build and maintain collaborative relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders for delivery of seamless service in enabling QRO to meet strategic, business and operational objectives.
The position is based on-site in our Brisbane office with some flexible work options available and access to professional growth pathways.

Your typical day as an AO3 Information Management Support Officer may require you to:
• Effectively manage and triage large volumes of inbound and outbound digital and physical correspondence;
• Create files and record data accurately in electronic databases;
• Accurately record metadata for QRO physical records;
• Conduct regular stationery audits and manage/deliver stationery within QRO; and
• Work collaboratively as a positive team member.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
• A working knowledge of digital and data technology/systems.
• Ability to analyse, interpret and apply legislation and/or policy.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in positively contributing towards team outcomes.
